Working days are Mon-Fri (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) excluding UK public holidays.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days using Royal Mail 2nd class.
A flat shipping fee of £15.00 applies to orders shipping to European Countries as listed below. We do not ship outside Europe at this time.

We offer international shipping to the following countries in Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland.
International shipping is via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and is subject to a fixed charge of £15.00.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alessandra Handmade Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
