Welcome to Alessandra Handmade Creations! I love to sew and my passion is making quilts, cushions and fabric gifts from gorgeous fabrics.

I am also happy to take commissions, let me know if you are interested.

Payment

Alessandra Handmade Creations accepts the following form of payment:

  • Paypal and Cards for online orders are accepted through our secure payment gateway
  • Paypal, Cards and Cash on collection for items bought from the show room.

All prices are GBP.


Shipping

All items are carefully packaged  and shipped from the UK using either MyHermes or Royal Mail - currently shipping to the UK only. You also have the option of local collection - free of charge.

If you require international shipment, please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with a quote.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, CUSTOMS FEES MAY APPLY. THESE FEES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY AND "ALESSANDRA HANDMADE CREATIONS" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. I CANNOT MARK PACKAGES AS "GIFT".

All items are normally shipped within 3-4 business days, for bespoke and personalised items I will confirm dispatch time upon receiving your order, you will still be able to withdraw should the timing not meet your requirements.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase we can provide a full refund (excluding return shipping fees) or exchange provided you inform us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days and the item(s) is(are) returned within 28 days.

All returns should reach us within 28 days of receipt, after that period it is assumed that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser.

Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been cut damaged, marked, or cleaned in anyway, goods must be new and unused.

Refunds will only be eligible on receipt of goods by us.

The refund will then be processed with 48 working hours of our acceptance of the goods.

Sale items will not be eligible for refunds.

Returns must be sent via Royal mail post, and properly packaged to prevent any damage,

Business address will be provided upon request.

All non sale items can be accepted for returns and substitute goods/refund may be provided or offered.

Buyer must accept postage costs for all returns.

All our stock is checked prior to posting, if however faulty goods are sent by mistake then we will offer a full refund on receipt of the goods.

Postage will be at the purchasers cost for all refunds and not recompensed.

Commission items that are personalised are non-refundable.

Custom orders are non-refundable.


Limitations of Liability

Goods are supplied for domestic and personal use, if however they are used otherwise we are not liable for any loss, damage to any persons, businesses and make no warrants that any of our goods are fit for commercial use.

You use our website at your own risk, and we accept no liability for for any loss, indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make any changes to our business wether it be on the website, pricing, postage or Terms and Conditions.


Privacy Policy

We do not disclose any private information of our customers nor do we keep private information. other than email addresses for the sole purpose of mail shots and promotions etc, and when a customer has an account with their posting details on.
